Millions of citizens have become mobilized. Protests every day, major country wide ones twice this month. Even SCOTUS has acted on the side of the law, but still the administration acts as though no one has any rights but them. No one, especially if you’re an immigrant, but citizens they don’t like might be next on the menu. People have been dragged off the street by unnamed masked men to be put in detention camps or worse yet a hellhole prison in El Salvador. I keep hoping it’s a bad dream, we’re not really turning into 1930’s Germany but in three months trumf and musk are well on their way to destroying this country. I’ve lived through so much but never afraid that we couldn’t come back to the values we hold dear. I keep trying to keep my fighting spirit up, but I’ve never been afraid before.
